At our practice, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our patients. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and you might feel that you have a genuine cause for complaint. If this happens, we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly and amicably as possible.

How to Submit a Complaint

To pursue a complaint, please submit your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager at reception.pontprennau@wales.nhs.uk, clearly marking the subject as "Complaint."
