Parking and Access to the Building

The route from the car park to the front doors is step-free and wheelchair accessible.

Automatic doors are fitted at the main entrance to assist those with mobility difficulties, wheelchairs, or prams.

Push-button access is available, and we are reviewing further improvements, including a future sensor-operated entry system.
Inside the Practice

The Practice is fully step-free throughout, allowing easy movement for wheelchairs and mobility aids.

Disabled access toilets are available on site across all levels

A lift is available for patients who need support accessing upper-floor rooms.
Hearing Support

A portable induction (hearing) loop is available at Reception for patients with hearing aids or hearing loss.

If you have hearing difficulties, we can add an alert to your medical record to help our staff communicate effectively with you.
Language and Interpretation Services
We offer a range of translation and interpretation services to ensure all patients can communicate safely and confidently:

Language Line interpretation is available for any patient who prefers to speak in a language other than English (This is free of charge)

British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting can be arranged through WITS—please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment.
