Our services are available at two locations: Pontprennau Medical Centre and our branch site, St David's Medical  Centre in Pentwyn.

Whether you're here for a routine check-up or a specific health concern, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to help you achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness.

Our practice is a partnership of Four GPs: Dr Sally Davies, Dr Ben Robinson, Dr Rhodri Hughes and Dr Sophie Bentley supported by three salaried GPs. Additionally, we are a training practice, supporting GP registrars.

Before you start

To use the NHS Wales App you must be registered with a GP in Wales.

You can access NHS Wales services such as making appointments*, ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing medication records using the App.

To access GP services online via the App, you must:

• have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to set one up
• be aged 16 or over.

*Please note that availability shown on the app is upto date, if no routine appointments are available on the app, this will be the same if you contacted the surgery.
